Point Piper | Modern Kitchen

A Balanced Blend of Function, Heritage, and Harmony.

For this Sydney Harbour apartment, our clients, a busy professional couple with a deep respect for Feng Shui, approached us to redesign their kitchen as part of a full-apartment renovation. With guidance from a Feng Shui master, key elements of the design were purposefully planned: the oven and the cooktop were positioned on the north wall to align with the fire elements, and a white palette was chosen to support clarity and energy in the home.

Housed within a 1930s Art Deco building, the apartment had lost many of its original interior features over time. We saw this as an opportunity to subtly reintroduce Art Deco influences from the rear of the apartment, that allowed us to open up sightlines and create a stronger connection to the harbour views, adding both functionality and a sense of calm. The result is a refined and harmonious space that blends tradition with modern living.
